Shipping & Returns


At Sports Line, our aim is to ship our products in a quick, safe and inexpensive manner. We deliver worldwide and within India.

On an average, it takes us about 2 business days to process goods out of our warehouse in Delhi and 2-3 business days for goods to reach from our warehouse to the shipping address. However if the item ordered is out of stock and under production, it may take longer to process your order. If this happen, we will keep you informed by email. 

All of Sports Line orders are shipped door-to-door from our warehouse in New Delhi, India to your provided shipping address. 

We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders.

Courier people will attempt delivery 2 times at the delivery address specified by you in the order, before they contact us that your package is not deliverable. We will email you the tracking details for your goods after dispatching them from our warehouse you can track your goods from that tracking information. If in case no tracking details are issued to the customer then regular updates about the positioning of your goods will be emailed to you by the Sports Line employees themselves.

Returns and Exchanges
At Sports Line we stand behind the quality of our products and we will replace the product free of cost if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. Please read below our return policies before you return any item. 

Return Policy
Inform us at sportslineindia@gmail.com within 10 days from the date of delivery if any return, need to made.
Email us the reason for return or exchange. 

Sports Line will refund for the cost of the goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping.
Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the following address:

Exchange Policy
If you would like to request an exchange please write to us at sportslineindia@gmail.com within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Items which to be exchanged need to be sent to the addresses given below within 15 days of receiving the goods.

Replace Policy
Sports Line will replace the items free of cost or issue a full refund if we have sent you a wrong item. Shipping charges for the replacement will not be billed to the customer.

If you would like to exchange any item, Sports Line will replace the returned items free of cost and issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the credit /debit card used for online shopping. However, shipping charges would not be refunded. On receipt of the wrong product at our return address, you would need to place a fresh order for the correct item.

Claiming Refunds
As the charge to your credit card / account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment we will provide a refund to your account via the paypal.com Payment Gateway if applicable as per the situations given below.

If applicable, refunds would be made for the cost of the goods to the credit /debit card used for online shopping. However, shipping charges would not be refunded except where Sports Line has erroneously sent you a wrong item.

Refunds will be done in the following case:
Genuine quality issues.
Packages lost in transit.
In case Sports Line discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.

No refunds will be given in the following cases:
Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
After 2 failed delivery attempts made by the courier company.
Package refused by recipient.
Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

Note: All the refund will only be made after we have received the returned shipment except if the package has been lost in transit.
